We have been using the Polesky Agency for over 30 years now and every time we trade cars or buy new ones there has never been a problem. Don,t know why anybody would want to use that salamander company when this company is local and always on top of things. Hope to still use you for another 30 years.

Upon speaking with Scott Berney, this great rate became a reality and we have since switched from Geico to Erie through the Polesky Agency. We’ve been working with Scott at the Polesky Agency for almost 5 years for both our small business and personal insurance needs. Scott and the PA team are always professional, helpful and knowledgeable (We ask weird questions, and if he doesn’t know the answer, he finds it for us and fast!). We know so many agents and wouldn’t trust our business or our family’s insurance to anyone else. I was rear ended last year and had no problems with Erie covering the damage to our car or my medical needs.

Anytime I have a new insurance need, This agency is ready, willing and able to provide me with reasonable insurance estimates. I had been with Allstate for over 20 years until I emailed with Scott. Same coverage I had with Allstate but costs me less going with Polensky Agency. Additionally, I love the fact that you can like his page on FB, and be able to email or message him any time with questions! It won’t cost you anything to find out how much they can save you!!
The Polesky Agency, and specifically our agent Scott Berney, have been amazing for the last 4+ years! Every single thing I’ve ever needed or asked for has been handled quickly and without question or pushback, and in the insurance industry, it’s hard to come by such characteristics. Recently, as I do every year, I shopped around for better quotes and came across an amazing one with Progressive Direct (have been with Erie since joining the Polesky agency), so I went to Scott and asked him to see what could be done about our current rate. While Erie couldn’t beat the quote, Scott did everything he could (as he always does) to get it as close as possible without sacrificing our limits and deductibles. He then took a look at what he could do with Progressive Auto (the P.A. also sells Progressive Auto insurance) and was able to nearly match the quote! It was ever so slightly higher, but I look at that as the cost of a great agent and decided to stay! Fortunately, we haven’t needed to file any claims since joining the Polesky Agency, but I’m quite confident it will be as pleasant an experience as it could be with Scott taking the lead. I highly recommend reaching out to see what they can do for you before you decide to drop the agency experience for some offshore phone rep that has no incentive to truly help!
I have had an absolutely great experience with this company. They are always extremely helpful and very time efficient! I always get my questions answered and they are very prompt in getting any forms I need ready at the drop of a hat! I highly recommend this company when looking for great insurance help and rates!!
